At Greenview Development, building isn’t just our business, it’s our family legacy. Founded in 2016, Greenview was born out of a passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to doing things the right way, every time. Our story starts decades earlier, when our founder, Arturo Guillermo Sr., began working in construction after immigrating to the U.S. from Mexico. With grit, skill, and relentless work ethic, he built a name for himself in Arizona by delivering homes that stand the test of time.
Today, that legacy continues with Arturo Guillermo Jr., a licensed plumber who grew up on job sites and learned the trade the old-school way, by doing the work. Together, father and son lead Greenview Development with a hands-on approach, treating every build like it’s for family. Because to us, it is.
